In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Advertia LLC, and "you" means anyone using the site.

What Ashworth & Drake is

We are a guide and an introducer. We are not an estate agency, we hold no listings of our own and we do not act for a seller. What we do is understand what you are looking for and introduce you to a local expert who knows that town and can show you homes there.

Buyers pay us nothing. We are paid for making the right introduction, never a commission on your purchase.

Any contract to view, reserve or buy a property is between you and the agency or seller involved. We are not a party to it.

You must be an adult under the law that applies to you in order to use this site.

The property information on this site

The homes shown here come from the Resales Online network, the shared listing system used by agencies on the Spanish coast. The information comes from those agencies, not from us.

Listings move quickly. Prices, availability, measurements, plot sizes, energy ratings, photographs and descriptions can be out of date or wrong, and a home shown as available may already be under offer. Treat everything on this site as a starting point for a conversation, never as an offer, a valuation or a statement of fact you can rely on. Verify anything that matters to you, with the agent and with your own lawyer, before you commit.

Not advice

Nothing on this site, in the front desk chat or in an introduction is legal, tax, financial, mortgage or investment advice. Buying property in Spain has legal and tax consequences that depend on your own circumstances. Take independent professional advice, from your own adviser, before you act.

Introductions

When you send us a brief we pass it, with your contact details, to a partner agent who covers the areas you named, so they can contact you. What we share, and the rights you have over it, is set out in our privacy policy.

We choose partner agents with care, but they are independent businesses. We are not responsible for their advice, their conduct, their fees or the outcome of anything you agree with them.

You can tell us at any time to stop, and we will.

Using the site

You may browse the site, and use its forms, for the purpose of buying a home. You may not:

• copy, scrape or systematically extract the listings or any other content
• use the site, its forms or the chat to send anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or promotional
• attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its servers or its API that is not open to you
• probe, scan or test the site's security, or interfere with its operation or with anyone else's use of it
• misrepresent who you are, or imply that we have endorsed you

We can withdraw access if any of the above happens.

Our content

The Ashworth & Drake name, logo, site design, written copy and the Journal are ours and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reuse them without our written permission. Listing content and photography belong to the agencies and photographers who supplied them.

You may share a link to any page here freely.

Where we link out, we do so because we think the destination is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability

We do our best to keep the site up and current, but we do not promise it will always be available, complete or free of error. We may change, interrupt or withdraw any part of it, including any listing, without notice.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and you use it at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, reliable or correct, that the site will be available or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data or opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100), which reflects the fact that this site is free to use.
