A penthouse in La Cala del Moral built for the view from above

Málaga city centre is about ten minutes away by car, and the airport around fifteen, which means this is a home that can genuinely serve as a base for city life, for frequent flights, or for both, without the daily compromises that usually come with living this close to a major hub.
What people tend to underestimate about this stretch of coast is how much everyday infrastructure it already has. Supermarkets, schools, a health centre, a weekly market, all within easy reach, so the appeal is not just the view from the solarium but the fact that ordinary Tuesdays work here too.
The best terraces on this coast are not the ones with the most furniture. They are the ones you actually go out onto, in February as well as August.
